Encouragement Of Preschool Education Staff
Abstract
This article analyzes the system of material and moral encouragement of pedagogical staff in preschool education institutions from scientific-pedagogical and methodological perspectives. The legal foundations of encouragement are examined on the basis of the Labor Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan and the resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers.
