Abstract
This article explores contemporary approaches to the diagnosis and treatment of infertility in couples, covering both conservative methods and assisted reproductive technologies (ART), such as in vitro fertilization (IVF). It discusses the main causes of infertility, including hormonal disorders, anatomical abnormalities, infectious diseases, and genetic factors. The article also emphasizes diagnostic methods such as laboratory tests, ultrasound imaging, and surgical interventions. Furthermore, it reviews the prospects of infertility treatment using pharmacological therapy, surgical procedures, and new ART technologies, including intrauterine insemination (IUI) and intracytoplasmic sperm injection (ICSI).
