In the era of digitalization of financial services, regulatory compliance has become one of the key drivers for sustainable development of organizations. RegTech (Regulatory Technology) represents a new generation of technology solutions focused on automating, optimizing and improving the efficiency of compliance processes. This article discusses the development of RegTech, its key tools and its impact on financial institutions in the context of digital transformation.
