Possibilities Of Deepening Legal Reforms In Uzbekistan On The Basis Of The Concept Of An Enlightened Society
Abstract
This article analyzes the role and strategic opportunities of the idea of an enlightened society in deepening legal reforms in the conditions of modern Uzbekistan. The article highlights the inextricable link between enlightenment and law, the development of legal thinking, as well as the practical significance of the concept of an enlightened society in the formation of civic consciousness.
