Enhancing the Effectiveness of State Agencies in Detecting and Preventing Latent Crime
Abstract
This article analyzes issues related to enhancing the effectiveness of state authorities in detecting and preventing latent crime. The study examines the role of inter-agency integration, transparency, anti-corruption mechanisms, staff professional qualifications, digital platforms, unified databases, and criminological monitoring systems.
