Algorithm For Modeling The Process Of Information Exchange On Diet

Abstract

In today's digitalized healthcare environment, the task of effectively managing information exchange related to dietary planning and adjustments is particularly relevant. This paper examines an algorithm for modeling dietary information exchange based on the integration of data on actual food consumption, the nutrient composition of the diet, and the user's individual physiological characteristics. The proposed algorithm enables structured collection, processing, and analysis of dietary information, as well as the generation of personalized recommendations taking into account regulatory requirements and dynamically changing parameters. Algorithmic modeling improves the accuracy of dietary assessments, enhances interaction between users and healthcare professionals, and provides decision support in nutrition and healthcare systems.
